Common questions
BizProfile Manager is a multi-tenant SaaS for Google Business Profile (GBP). You connect your Google account once, then manage locations, reviews, reply templates, optional AI-powered draft replies, insights and analytics, and - on the Pro plan - scheduled GBP posts and auto-reply rules, all from one dashboard. Data is synced with Google via the official Business Profile API. We focus on GBP first; other platforms may be added later.
Not yet. The product currently supports Google Business Profile only. We built it to do one thing well: centralize and simplify GBP management. Support for other platforms (e.g. Facebook, Yelp, TripAdvisor) may be added in the future. Our integrations page shows which are live and which are coming soon.
You connect via a one-click OAuth flow. We request access to the Business Profile API; you sign in with Google and grant permission. Your access and refresh tokens are stored encrypted. In Settings > Google you can see connection status, linked email, token health, and a list of locations. You can revalidate the token anytime. If the connection is revoked, we prompt you to reconnect; locations that still exist in Google can be auto-reactivated.
Starter is free: up to 3 locations, 10 AI draft replies per month, 5 reply templates, dashboard insights, projects, and email notifications. Growth is $29/month: 25 locations, 100 AI drafts per month, 25 reply templates, and full insights with CSV export. Pro is $79/month: 100 locations, 500 AI drafts per month, 100 reply templates, GBP post scheduling, auto-reply rules, and team roles (Owner, Manager, Viewer). Billing is handled via Razorpay.
It depends on your plan. Starter allows 3 locations, Growth 25, and Pro 100. You add locations from the discovery page (we list all GBP locations available to your connected Google account). Each location can be assigned to at most one project. Bulk assign and bulk delete are supported. If you need more than 100 locations, you'd need to contact us or upgrade when we offer higher tiers.
All your GBP reviews appear in one inbox. You can filter by location, star rating, date range, reply status, and search by comment or reviewer name. For any review without a reply, you can generate an AI-powered draft (Gemini or OpenAI); the draft is stored for you to edit, approve, then post to Google. Usage counts against your plan's AI drafts per month. You can also "improve" an existing Google reply with AI. Reply status (e.g. pending, posted) can be polled via API. Sync runs on demand or via webhooks so new reviews flow in without constant polling.
Reply templates are reusable text snippets you create (name, body, optional category). You can apply them manually when replying to a review, or use them in auto-reply rules. Auto-reply rules (Pro only) let you set a rating range (e.g. 4-5 stars) and a template; when a new review matches and has no existing reply or draft, we apply the first matching rule and generate or post the reply. Only one rule applies per review. Template count is limited by plan (Starter 5, Growth 25, Pro 100).
Yes, on the Pro plan. You can create local posts (offers, updates, events) for one or more locations, set content and optional media, and schedule them for a future date and time or publish immediately. You can edit or delete scheduled posts and retry failed publishes. A scheduled job runs periodically to publish posts when their time is due. Publishing and updates run in the background via the Google Post API.
Yes. Reviews can be exported to CSV (with filters applied); export can be throttled. Insights CSV export is available on Growth and Pro: you select location(s) and date range, and we export profile views, searches, calls, directions, website clicks, and related metrics. When export is project-scoped, an optional report footer (e.g. company disclaimer) can be included.
Projects group locations for reporting and sharing. You can create projects, assign locations (each location to at most one project), add project-level roles for team members, and set an optional report footer and logo for white-label. You can generate a shareable link (URL + token) so anyone with the link can view a read-only project dashboard without logging in. You can also schedule weekly or monthly email reports to specific recipients. Revoking the share link invalidates the token.
Yes, on the Pro plan. You can invite members by email and assign an account-level role: Owner (typically the first/primary), Manager, or Viewer. You can update roles, suspend or reactivate members, and remove them. Project-level roles (e.g. viewer, manager) are set on each project. Access is enforced via policies and role capabilities. Starter and Growth do not include team roles; all users on the account have the same access.
Starter is free. Growth and Pro are paid monthly via Razorpay. You choose a plan on the pricing/checkout page; we create a Razorpay subscription and redirect you to complete payment (embedded Checkout.js). On success, your account tier and subscription are updated. You can cancel your subscription from the billing settings (end of billing period or immediately, depending on configuration). We prevent duplicate subscriptions for the same plan. Our system can sync your displayed tier from Razorpay if needed (e.g. after a webhook).
Data is strictly isolated per account. We do not share or mix data between accounts. Access and refresh tokens for Google are stored with Laravel's encrypted cast. All Google API and AI operations that could be slow or rate-limited run in background jobs (queues), not in the request. We use industry-standard practices for authentication, session handling, and tenant scoping. You can review our security and privacy documentation for more detail.
Yes. In notification preferences you can turn on "new review email" so we send you an email when a new review arrives. You can also enable "reply ready" (e.g. when a draft is ready for approval) and "sync failure" emails. Preferences are account-level and can be updated anytime; changes are audit-logged. Outgoing emails are throttled to respect quotas and avoid spam.
Limits are enforced per plan: locations, AI drafts per month, and reply templates. If you hit the location limit, you cannot add more until you upgrade or remove a location. AI draft usage is counted monthly; once you reach the limit, you cannot generate new AI drafts until the next month or until you upgrade. Same idea for reply templates. The dashboard shows your current usage and limits so you can see when you're close. Upgrading gives you higher limits and additional features (e.g. CSV export, GBP posts, auto-reply, team roles on Pro).
Yes. You can upgrade from Starter to Growth or Pro, or from Growth to Pro, from the billing/pricing area; payment is handled through Razorpay. You can cancel your subscription from billing settings. Cancellation can be at the end of the billing period or immediate, depending on how we've configured it. After cancellation, your account typically reverts to Starter (free) when the subscription ends. Downgrading (e.g. Pro to Growth) may require removing locations or features that exceed the lower plan's limits.
The weekly digest is a summary generated for your account (e.g. weekly, such as Monday morning). It can include review counts, average rating, responses posted, unreplied backlog, profile views, and an optional AI-generated summary. It's stored and linked from the dashboard so you can quickly see how the past week looked. This is part of the standard product; no extra plan is required beyond having an account.
Starter is free with no time limit: 3 locations, 10 AI drafts per month, 5 reply templates, dashboard insights, and projects. You can start with Starter and upgrade to Growth or Pro when you need more locations, CSV export, GBP posts, auto-reply, or team roles. We don't require a credit card to start on Starter.
